Diaconate Ministry
The Deacons assist the pastor with family ministry, cooperate with the Pastor in supplying the pulpit and with leaders of the prayer meeting; visit the members; care for the sick, needy, distressed members and oversee the overall welfare of the church. The Deaconesses assist the Pastor in developing the spiritual life of the membership of the Church for the best possible Christian service. They prepare the observance of the Lord’s table and the ordinances of the Church.
